I'm kind of obsessed with this song right now. It makes me wish I still played the piano :)

Today was my last day of school. Ever. I'm pretty excited about it.

I saw this movie, Paper Heart, the other night. It's a fake documentary about finding true love. It was definitely unique but suprisingly sweet and funny. Michael Cera is SO funny. Love him.

Just bought this new cookbook a few days ago. I've already tried a few recipes and they did not disappoint. So excited to try more of them. I love getting new cookbooks :) I like this one because most of the recipes use common/ non-specialty ingredients and the recipes are organized by season so it is super user-friendly.

So excited...

I'm so excited for this show to be on again tomorrow! It's one of my favorite shows on TV right now. So unique and funny!

Maybe I'm pretty much the last person to hear about this site. But if you haven't heard of it either, it's called Grance' Dore. Its kind of a French street style blog. A lot like The Satorialist. Bright Tights

I'm loving the whole opaque tights trend right now. I think tights are so cute for fall and the holidays layered with boots and a dress. I'm especially loving these burgundy colored tights. The color would be SO cute with black boots or brown. If anyone knows where I can get tights this color PLEASE let me know! ;) I also like the mustard yellow ones. Are they too wild though? I'm kind of on the fence about them.

A Day with Avery

The other day my mom and I went down to Lehi to spend the day with Avery. We went to Thanksgiving Point to see the animals. It was so much fun :) We fed the ducks, rode on the horses, saw the cows and goats, rode on a carriage (just like Cinderella :), and topped it off with lunch at Kneaders. Its always so much fun to play with Avery! Thanks Avery for such a fun day! :)

Finally feels like fall...

Last Sunday our family went up the canyon to see the leaves. We went up Big Cottonwood Canyon and drove over to Park City and then down Parley's. It was SO pretty! It was such a nice day. We started out going to Silver Lake (the boys new fishing place). They have been dying to show it to us. They have been fishing a few times this summer and absolutely LOVE it. They are always asking to go now. The lake was really pretty and it was nice because they've built a path all the way around the lake. We took a picnic and ate by the lake. Then we drove through Guardsmans Pass which was amazing (and a little scary, right Spencer? ;) I took my camera with and got some pretty great pictures. It was a lot of fun. If you haven't gone to see the leaves yet I would highly recommend it! Its so easy to forget what a beautiful place we live in and that the mountains are just a few minutes away!
